About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven and client-focused Marketing & Sales / Business Development Executive to help us expand our market presence. You will be the face of our company, responsible for driving sales, building lasting client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities via networking, cold outreach, and referrals.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Respond to inquiries with professional proposals, quotations, and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close sales, and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Organize client presentations, meetings, and site visits.
- Understand client needs to offer customized, value-driven solutions.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and accountability.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken & written).
- Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for engaging Chinese-speaking clients.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- 1–2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or client servicing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Confident, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Age: 25–45 years old.
- On-site role based at our Ampang office (Taman Nirwana).
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Open to Malaysian citizens only.
- Immediate starters will be given priority.
