Job Description
What You'll Do
- Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients using provided leads.
- Schedule appointments with prospects, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
- Respond to inquiries and build rapport to secure confirmed appointments.
- Promote and clearly explain company services through calls and other communication channels.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum qualification: SPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent in any discipline
- Open to fresh graduates, experienced professionals, and interns
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage, particularly for engaging Chinese-speaking clients
- Positive mindset, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- No age limit — retirees are encouraged to apply
- Permanent role with preference for candidates available immediately
- Open to Malaysians, expatriates, and international students (internship positions available)
- Work location: Taman Nirwana, Ampang
