Telemarketing Executive Job Vacancy in Kuala Lumpur (Jan, 2025)

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients based on the leads listing provided by the Manager
  • Make appointments with prospective clients through phone calls, ensuring effective communication and scheduling.
  • Attend and respond to inquiries from prospective clients and build a rapport with clients in order to make the appointment successfully.
  • Contact prospects via various mediums to promote and explain company’s services including cold calls.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a SPM, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field
  • Both fresh graduates and experienced applicants are welcome (we can discuss the entry level based on your previous experience)
  • Interns also are welcome.
  • Good communication skills in English, Malay language for both spoken and written. Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude & ability to work independently.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel) required.
  • Both Male and Female can apply.
