Territory Manager (Northern Region)

Job Description
  • Manage and supervise local staff and foreign workers in the respective assigned territory.
  • Oversee the performance of staff working in branch offices.
  • Maintain a good business relationship and provide services to new and existing clients.
  • Attend to client inquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Resolve client and foreign worker issues.
  • Monitor foreign worker mobilization and welfare.
  • Report directly to the CEO on current and new marketing business strategies.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mandarin proficiency would be an added advantage.
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in handling foreign workers' affairs would be an advantage.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in the Northern Region.
  • Final interview will be held at HQ, Ampang.
Salary: MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,500 ++ incentives.
Attractive remuneration and package will be commensurate with experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
